The following terms and conditions of sale shall apply to all goods sold by Eagle Z1 / distributor Universal Scuba Distributors Inc. ("the company")  to its customers ("the Buyer")

AGREEMENT TO SELL: Possession of the price list and catalog does not constitute an offer to sell but it is an invitation to place an order. An order placed with the company constitutes an offer by the buyer which the Company in its absolute discretion may accept or reject.

SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Terms: All sales Pre-paid / (Our discount price structure does not make 30 net terms possible)
2. We accept certified bank checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
3. A service charge of $50.00 will be assesses on all returned checks or refused shipments.
4. A $20.00 service charge will be added to any pre-paid drop shipment within the USA if approved.
5. Frequent or long term delinquency will result in refusal of any orders and legal action may be taken.
6. Any special discounts, prices or policies that deviate from those shown herein must be approved in writing from the authorized USA distributor: Universal Scuba Distributors Inc.
7. Prices prevailing at the time of shipment apply to all orders including back ordered items.
8. All prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice.
9. Any accounts showing no purchase for 6 months will be deemed inactive and will be purged.

TITLE OF THE GOODS SOLD: The property in the specific goods supplied by the company to the buyer shall not pass to the buyer until payment in full for these goods has been received by the company and the buyers credit card or certified back check has been honored. The buyer shall stand in a fiduciary relationship to the Company in respect of goods supplied by the Company but which have not been fully paid for and the Company shall have the right to trace the proceeds of the sale of such goods received by the buyer. If the buyer fails to honor any of these terms of sale, the Company without notice, shall have the right to take possession of the goods which are the subject of this reservation of title, or trace the proceeds thereof, as the case may be to recover the full amount owing together with interest and costs, if any to the Company. The buyer shall hold the goods as being in which property has not passed from the Company to the buyer pending payment in full.

PAYMENT: Our terms require pre-payment in full before goods are shipped. We only accept certified bank checks, Visa, and MasterCard for payment. We do not have any open accounts.

MINIMUM ORDERS: Key Man Instructor & Divemasters discounts require a minimum order of $250.00 to be eligible.

SHIPPING: Products shown at this website are shipped via FedEx ground and are insured, with adult signature required unless otherwise requested. FedEx air freight is also available for additional cost. A tracking number can be provided via e-mail for all FedEx if desired.

EXPORT: Eagle Z1 products are always sent in plain brown shipping box container without name or logo to help prevent shipping theft. We can ship USPS service if requested. Be advised that this less expensive method of shipping is much slower, with a higher risk of loss and damage.

1. LEGAL AGREEMENT: Universal Scuba Distributors Inc. offers all merchandise with the express warning that many of these items can be hazardous if used by untrained, and under trained persons. All use of diving equipment, particularly scuba equipment, includes an element of risk. In purchasing equipment from Universal Scuba Distributors Inc., each dealer / customer agrees that they understand these inherent perils and that any attempt to use the equipment purchased without proper professional training in the safe and efficient use of such equipment shall be at their own risk.

2. LIFE SUPPORT WARNING: All SCUBA equipment including: Regulators, tanks, buoyancy devices, instruments, should ONLY be used or purchased for nationally accepted certified scuba divers in good physical health. Misuse can cause serious injury or death

3. RETURNS: We can ONLY exchange products that are new and unused, and offer "in house credit", before the 10 day inspection time period has elapsed. All returns must be accompanied with a "Return Authorization Number" that is supplied after receiving your request. 

4. PAYMENT: We accept: VISA , Master Card, Certified Bank Checks and Money Orders only. We cannot accept American Express, COD orders, because of our price structure. Note that credit card purchases may not be disputed without goods being returned unused within the 10 day time period and a Return Authorization Number issued via standard e-mail before a return can be accepted.
