After going to several dive shops here in the Dallas area this winter while shopping for a replacement for my old ScubaPro BC I am convinced they are all desperate and trying way too hard to sell over priced junk. I would rather go car shopping than do this drill again. Sally was great, and thanks for the free transport bag. I am off to Bonaire again.

I ordered your Eagle Z1 BCD and tried it on and was pleased until my parents informed me they had already ordered me one as a birthday gift. My wife reminded me that free is good. Thanks for being so nice about letting me return it for a refund. My birthday BC arrived just in time for my scuba class and it was a piece of crap, I can't believe they sell this junk. I though my heart would stop when it inflated itself, and I expected it to explode in the pool. So I contact them in NY about a refund and they have been nothing by a nightmare to deal with. Seems it takes them 4 weeks to process a refund. Please send the Eagle Z1 back to me! I have learned my lesson….thanks Gary / Texas

I travel a lot with Conoco and have been had my gear ripped off twice in two years with the baggage people. I am desperate to find something compact enough I could hand carry on the plane. You guys have the perfected machine to travel with...thanks Hamilton

I researched BCD information on the internet for over a month and have noticed all the magazine and internet articles never say anything bad about anything. Seems every dive shop thinks that their brand is the best, and their most expensive model is what "they felt I needed" I tried one of your Eagle Z1 at a dive store in Houston on business and was impressed not only with the product, but also the knowledgeable people. I had a budget of $500.00 max for a BCD and my hungry wife dragged me to a Red Lobster. I returned and only paid $395.00. They custom fitted it for me, showed me how to dive and maintain it, and tested everything. I now have 60 dives on it and it was the best buying decision I have ever made. It may be plain looking, but performs great, It feels like I am snorkeling! Thanks

Just as I expected, my instructor had a fit when I purchased my BCD from you guys. He acted like I stole his truck or something. He told me how important the Zeagle lifetime warranty on the Escape he was trying to sell me, and how it covered everything for life? So I went to the Zeagle Systems website and printed a copy of the actual factory warranty, both pages of small print that sounded like if I even used it in the water, the warranty would be void….what a jerk, he make every excuse when he actually read it himself. Being a paralegal I do read all the fine print. They don't cover anything, it's really a non warranty. You saved me from getting ripped off big time...thanks Yolanda / Calif.

I travel a lot, and decided to save some money and purchased a new Zeagle Ranger from a dealer in Arizona who offers special cost plus discounts for FBI employees. I hate re-threading the stupid ripcord weight pockets and already have some seams problems after only 30 dives. It also seems to always have air trapped inside no matter what I do to drain it. Boy did I screw up, do you guys take trades?….(FBI Special Agents name withheld by request)

I am a Florida cave diver and needed a high quality travel BCD to replace my heavy 15 pound DiveRite Classic wings, harness, and SS plate for air travel. I have already looked at a lot of the assorted dive shop bladder-less BCD designs, and have no desire to experience the "Pop and Drop" diving with these flimsy things. The Eagle Z1 tough & simple, and exactly what I wanted when I am far from home. Thanks for doing it right. Jim Lane / Texas

I been diving the Eagle Z1 for several months now with our dive club in Scotland, the additional buoyancy it offers has been pretty handy in the rough water. I would recommend some reflective material be added for dark water use. Are you guys going to build a technical version for doubles?

Diving in Japan with our air sea rescue guys with your Z-1 BC has been great. I was using a 2004 Dacor BC until it decided to blow bubbles through the air cell fabric instead of holding air. I never want to own a BCD that cannot be repaired again! No more made in Italy crap for me. I need an extra cargo pocket for camera gear, can the Z-1 handle 2 of them? One on each side? Let me know ASAP.

My instructor talked me into the Diva BCD and a trip to Belize for my check our dive. I am lucky to be alive, it was very rough water, and with only 16 pounds of lift I could not keep my head out of the water until I dropped my weights. I did look at your Eagle BCD but thought it was too bulky looking. Now I completely understand why your Z1-F BCD offers 35 pounds of lift. No more pretty girl gear for me, I want something that works. Your next in line for purchase. Sandy the victim / Colo.

Seems sort of funny that your scuba discount direct sales service is so much better than our local dive shop people who cannot answer even simple questions about the products they sell. I am delighted with my new BC and your service. You guys really have your act together and know your stuff.

Thank you for allowing me and my Divemaster the opportunity to test dive your new Tech BCD. Being an instructor I have dived many brands and models during my technical instructor training. After only one weekend of diving the Eagle Z1 Tech with stainless back plate installed, you convinced me. I have now installed a hyperlink from my website to yours and my students will soon follow...Rudy

I am a senior Pilot for Continental Airlines capable of diving most everywhere worth diving, and perform hundreds of dives every year. I have been unable to wear your BCD out unlike my past experience with the other brands...the BC and flight pack is perfect, lightweight and compact.
